My 12-week Spring In Your Step Programme is designed for those who are struggling with various symptoms and possibly a health condition (or two). You likely haven’t been feeling yourself for a while, and you’re ready to make some changes that support your health conditions and hopefully lessen some of the challenging symptoms that you’ve been dealing with. 

 

It is made up of:

 

  • A detailed Health Questionnaire

  • A 60-90 minute Initial Consultation

  • A 30-minute protocol walkthrough

  • A 60-minute follow-up consultations  

  • A 60-minute follow-up consultation 

  • Five further 30-minute follow-up consultations 

  • You’ll also get access to recipes, supplements recommendations (and a 10% discount), and access to me via the chat in my secure client portal. 

  • Note that supplements and testing are not included in the programme price.

If you’re ready to feel more energetic, healthier, and to reduce some persistent symptoms and feel more in control of your health, then this one's for you!

If you’re struggling with several health conditions and various associated symptoms, the more intense 6 Month Alive and Kicking Programme is likely a more suitable option.
