Hey There!

My name is Amy Cottrell and I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist living and working in London.  I have a particular interest in women's health and all things hormone related.

My Story

I personally struggled with my own health for many years, but by implementing small changes that were personalised, manageable and maintainable means that I've never looked back!

 

My whole-body 360 degree approach to wellbeing incorporates more than food-based recommendations, it also focusses on sleep, stress, movement and motivations and long-term habit making.

You might think that you don't have time (or the energy) to work with a nutritionist, but I'm here to tell you that investing time in your health will provide you with firm foundations to support a hectic lifestyle - you'll have more energy, you'll feel better in yourself, you'll feel more movitated than ever, and all of this spreads benefits to those around you.

​My mission now is to help others make positive changes to their lives, so that they can feel their best selves whatever their health goals.
