Hashimoto’s (autoimmune under active thyroid) and other hormonal problems, so I know exactly how you're feeling right now!
Despite getting a diagnosis for the symptoms that I was experiencing (brain fog, anxiety, pmt, fatigue, lack of motivation, energy and weight fluctuations), I didn't receive guidance on how to tackle my symptoms - I didn't have a clue what changes I had to make to feel better again!
I asked myself: What now? What about my symptoms? Was I supposed to just get on with things and accept that “everybody is tired” (as told by my GP)?
Instead of accepting that I would continue to feel rubbish, with no answers, I equipped myself with the knowledge and tools to start implementing small changes in my life - small changes that made a big difference!
With time, I regained my energy, my brain fog reduced, and my symptoms became less noticeable. I finally understood how every day choices can influence my long-term health outcomes!
