Hey there! My name is Amy Cottrell and I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist living and working in London. I have a particular interest in women's health and all things hormone related.
My whole-body 360 degree approach to wellbeing incorporates more than food-based recommendations, it also focusses on sleep, stress, movement and motivations and long-term habit making.
You might think that you don't have time (or the energy) to work with a nutritionist, but I'm here to tell you that investing time in your health will provide you with firm foundations to support a hectic lifestyle - you'll have more energy, you'll feel better in yourself, you'll feel more movitated than ever, and all of this spreads benefits to those around you.
I personally struggled with my own health for many years, but by implementing small changes that were personalised, manageable and maintainable means that I've never looked back!
My mission now is to help others make positive changes to their lives, so that they can feel their best selves whatever their health goals.
